How Pickup & Delivery Laundry Works

Step 1

Choose a day and time that works best for you through our website. On your first order, put your items in any laundry bag or large plastic bag. Leave bag outside for pickup.

Step 2

Detergent, folding style, and laundry preferences are all up to you. If you’re sending dry-clean items, place them in a separate bag so we can handle them with the proper care.

Step 3

We return your clean, folded or pressed clothes right to your door along with your reusable A+ Laundry bag to make your next order easy.

What To Do Before You Have A+ Laundry Bags

Getting started with pickup and delivery laundry service is easy—even if you don’t have our laundry bags yet!

For your first pickup, simply place your laundry in a disposable bag or any laundry bag and leave it in your designated pickup location. Many customers choose their front porch, apartment lobby, concierge desk, or another agreed-upon spot. If you have a unique location, please note this when you sign up.

Once we receive your first order, we’ll return your clean laundry neatly folded and packaged along with your A+ Laundry pickup bags for future service.

After that, simply place your laundry and dry cleaning in the provided bags and leave them out on your scheduled pickup day.

Our goal is to make the process simple, convenient, and easy so you can start saving time right away!
